✨ NOW HIRING: Cleaning Tech LEAD
Looking for an experienced cleaning professional who’s ready to step into a leadership role and help me to keep our teams running smoothly.
We’re looking for someone who:
🧼 Has professional cleaning experience
🐰 Can confidently lead and direct a small teams of 2 or 3 depending on job
🗂️ Stays organized and keeps track of supplies/equipment needed for each job
🏡 Is comfortable communicating with clients in a friendly, professional way
💪 Can delegate tasks and decide who handles what at each location
🤝 Has patience and a positive attitude while helping train newer staff members
⚡ Works efficiently without needing constant supervision
This position is perfect for someone who naturally takes initiative, notices the details, and enjoys helping a team succeed together. We’re a laid-back but hardworking company that values reliability, teamwork, and good energy.
Schedule is primarily weekdays with flexible hours depending on workload.
Must have reliable transportation. Pay $30-$35 hourly DOE
