The second price variable is what type of cleaning you’re looking for... standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move in / move out cleaning. I also charge by an hourly rate that fluctuates, depending on the type of cleaning requested and if it’s only a one

time visit. Plus I offer a list of what will be done at each job depending on the depth of cleaning involved and a list of a la carte services that can be added on to any visit.
