Mountain Duct Cleaning

It's all hands on deck today for this very large, complicated, completely renovated home on Lake Minnetonka. Remodeling contractors and custom home builders are some of our favorite clients! Our team has the expertise and equipment to handle any size and style of home and we take extra care to ensure that all the new finishes and materials are protected while we perform all the work.

Construction is messy... Don't forget to make sure the HVAC and duct systems are clean afterwards!

Had a great time today at the Minnesota Heating & Cooling Association - MHCA annual golf tournament networking with heating and cooling professionals and equipment reps from across the Metro!

We value partnerships with HVAC and mechanical contractors because working together we can keep the air in your home and/or business both comfortable and clean!

We couldn't have asked for better weather this week while we tackled this 190 unit senior housing facility in St Paul (well honestly a little less wind would have been appreciated five stories up).

Not your everyday project but with some extra logistical planning, the right safety equipment, and one piece of very large high-tech rental equipment... There's nothing our team can't handle!

The cherry and crabapple trees are in full color which means MDC is in full spring dryer vent cleaning mode! This week we are working on our third large senior living facility of the month and after a bit of a break next week we have two more lined up! We'll clean over 1200 dryer vents in total between April and May!

Your furnace is old... Should it be replaced? Probably. Does it HAVE to be? Maybe not. If you're furnace was recently red-tagged call our friends High Road Heating & Cooling and get a FREE 2nd opinion and an honest answer on the status of your system.

We love a good before and after photo! Our friends at KLEAN Home Detailing are good at them as well. Transform the exterior of your home with them and call us to see what kind of difference we can make in your vents as well!

Nice view from the office today!

We love working with senior housing facilities of all sizes whether it's a one-story building in the suburbs or a 10-story building right downtown along the river. Cleaning some dryer vents today and a couple of cooling coils with more HVAC cleaning projects planned at this site in the future!
