Grilling, laughs and a great cause! Last week the Trauma Services team worked Hole 6 at the 2026 Collaborative Golf Tournament at Owl's Nest Resort in Thornton, NH. All of it in support of Special Olympics New Hampshire, the New Hampshire Association of Chiefs of Police, and the New Hampshire Police, Fire & EMS Foundation.

We work alongside these first responders every day. Days like this are a reminder of why we're proud to! Thank you to everyone who supported. Until next year. ⛳

Senior Citizens Day is a good reminder to check in on the older adults in our lives. ❤️

A phone call is great, but when you can, stop by. Sit for a while. Share a meal. Take a look around and make sure they’re doing okay.

As people age, everyday tasks can become more difficult, and sometimes changes happen gradually enough that they’re easy to miss from a distance. A simple visit can mean more than you realize -- and may help you recognize when someone could use a little extra support.

Today, take a few minutes to show up for the seniors in your life. Sometimes, just being there makes all the difference.
