Customer says we landscaped around the aerobic but our air pumps not working, I can’t imagine why. That’s it buried and all you can see is the top of the dog box.

Complete aerobic rebuild, new air pump, control box and new wiring, effluent pump and floats.

A repair job on a lift pump going to a lateral field and broken tight someone hit with a backhoe and didn’t repair just covered it up, customer bought the house as a flip house and called Roberts Environmental for a septic inspection, customer didn’t even know they had a lift pump or a problem, that’s why having an inspection done correctly and not just a walkover or drive by inspection is important. Why would anyone install a lift pump that deep and not make it accessible for pumping and repairs. It is accessible now for future maintenance.
