ZerneClean Services Inc. ZerneClean Services Inc. (formerly, Terry's Cleaning Service) was founded in 1973 by Terry Zernechel. In 2014 Doug bought the business.

Our family has been providing quality janitorial services and floor care for over 43 years. In 1973 Terry Zernechel founded Terry's Cleaning Service. On April 1, 2014 Doug Zernechel took the reigns and after 2 years of steady growth, we have become incorporated and thus the name change to ZerneClean Services Inc. We are able to offer more services and meet the needs of our customers better.

We just finished cleaning 3 new construction apartment buildings! Total of 150,000 ft² and over 150 apartments. Thanks to my amazing crew! We have been working on these for 11 weeks. Big undertaking.
