The Basics: Our services include: Carpet Cleaning, Janitorial, Hard Floor Care, Project Cleaning and much more! See our website at Vanderbergclean.com for more details. Who We Are: Vanderberg Clean is a family run locally owned and operated cleaning service based in Mankato, MN. Josh Vanderberg started the company in 2009 to provide quality cleaning services. Josh and Becca have built the company from the knowledge learned from Josh's grandparents, Larry & Sharon Bomsta, who owned a local cleaning service starting in the 1970's. Josh brings with him a lifetime in the cleaning industry and several years experience managing operations for a national franchise cleaning organization. At first the Vandereberg Clean only offered Janitorial Services, but in 2010, Carpet Cleaning (residential and commercial) was added. In 2010, Josh's wife, Becca, joined the team. Fire and Water Restoration was added in 2014 to help our customers in the time off biggest need. We have focused on building a skilled team of IICRC certified Technicians. In 2014, Josh and Becca received the Young Entrepreneur of the Year for MN award given by the Small Business Administration! Thank you for reading our story,
Josh and Becca

What a great group! It was a lot of fun having the Greater Mankato CEO students at Vanderberg Clean today.

We really enjoyed sharing a little bit of our story, but even more, talking about the lessons we’ve learned along the way about leadership, culture, relationships, and taking care of people.

There are some future business owners and leaders in this group, and I’m excited to see where they go!
Thanks for spending part of your day with us! 👏

Daily we meet in person (and online) to discuss the events of the day, as well as learn. Learn how to do inspections better, learn how to work with people better, learn how to be a better team, etc.

It’s this daily attention where we feel we are set apart. We care. And it shows.

Throwback Thursday from 2017 has been recreated! Thankful for a great group of people sticking with us over NINE years— our leadership team has nearly doubled from this!!

We care and we mean it. Receiving comments like this shows us that what we are doing, works!

Not only do we clean carpets in homes, just like yours, we clean carpets at businesses as well! If you see some carpet that could use some cleaning- let them know that Vanderberg Clean can clean it for them! 🙂

This week We’re excited to spotlight Angel! ✨ In under a year, she’s moved from cleaning technician to janitorial support specialist, becoming an essential part of our evening team. 🌟 Her dedication and growth have been amazing. We’re grateful to have her on the team. Great job, Angel! 👏😊

Scott’s been on our team over 9 years now and Dave over 16! So when you have Scott and Dave on a team, that’s bringing 25 years of carpet cleaning experience to your house.

Call us for an experience you can trust. For an experience where you can count on care. For an experience that doesn’t have a bunch of hidden cost.

This was NINE years ago and guess what?! We all still work together 🤍

💙❤️ The Story Behind Our We Care Boxes ❤️💙

Back in 2018, Becca had a simple idea: find a meaningful way to show our team members how much they matter.

That idea became our very first We Care Box.

Since then, she has personally created 28 unique We Care Boxes, each one filled with surprises, encouragement, and appreciation for the incredible people who make Vanderberg Clean what it is today.

Why do we do it?

Because we believe that when you take care of your people, they take care of your customers.

Our team members are the ones showing up every day to clean, maintain, and care for the facilities entrusted to us. They are the reason we can deliver the quality service our customers expect. That's why we work hard to make sure they know they are valued, appreciated, and cared for.

When you choose Vanderberg Clean, you're not just hiring a cleaning company. You're partnering with a company that genuinely cares about the people who care for your building.

We're proud to have been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Greater Mankato this year. That recognition reflects something we've always believed: great companies are built by great people.

To our amazing team, thank you for everything you do. 💙
