To all my clients, we are needing to take off a few days. Im not sure how many at this point. My daughter's father passed unexpectedly last night. I am needing to be present for my daughter during the toughest time of her life.

Again, thank you so much to my amazing clients who have continued to be understanding and flexible during our toughest season in life. I truly can not explain how much this means to our family!

To all my clients,

I want to sincerely apologize for letting you down over the past month. I haven't shown up the way I should have. I haven't communicated much—sometimes not at all. That's not the kind of person or business owner I am, or want to be.

Grief is strange. It's messy. It's unpredictable. Grieving is difficult, and it's different for everyone who goes through it. The loss of my sister, Rachel, has left me absolutely in pieces. 💔😭 I've been struggling with depression. 😞 But I'm trying my hardest to pick up the pieces and take a step forward.

I can't thank you all enough for the patience, understanding, support, love, and grace you've shown me during the toughest time of my life. When life hits you hard, it's truly a blessing to have amazing people in your corner. I am incredibly blessed. 💜

This week is our first week back to cleaning, and I will be reaching out to everyone shortly to get your cleanings scheduled.

Please continue to pray for our family as we navigate this grieving process. 💜

Hey everyone!

Last year was tough on us! But let me tell you this year has been downright terrible! I(Kristen) lost my big sister Rachel July 5th, 2026. She was 48 years old. Shes been gone a week and our family is grieving terribly!

Please have some grace with us as we try to navigate this loss! We will be out of state July 16th - July 23rd for my sister's funeral. We will try to respond to messages as we are able to.

Please know we appreciate all of our clients! The amount of grace, understanding, and support does not go unnoticed! Thank you for all the prayers and love!💜
