☺️☺️ Thank you!!
Let us talk about Naudia Nemetz for a second.
While most people are still figuring out one career this woman is out here running two businesses, closing real estate deals, and cleaning homes to perfection all at the same time.
That is not hustle. That is a calling.
It started in 2022 with an internship at ERA Reardon Realty where she got her first real look at what it means to help someone navigate one of the biggest moments of their life. She was hooked immediately. By 2023 she was studying for her license. By 2024 she had passed the Michigan state exam and become a licensed Realtor. She also completed her Florida real estate course along the way because when Naudia commits to something she goes all in.
But the real estate license was just the beginning.
Recognizing how much a clean and welcoming home matters whether you are buying, selling, or just trying to keep up with life she launched Home Glow Cleaning. Move in cleans, market prep, regular home maintenance, and commercial cleaning for local businesses. Two businesses. One woman. Zero excuses.
And what drives all of it is not the hustle. It is the people.
Naudia specializes in working with first time home buyers. The ones who never thought homeownership was possible for them. The ones who need someone patient, reliable, and genuinely invested in their success to walk them through every single step. Her Google reviews say it all. Responsive. Reliable. Detail oriented. Someone who actually shows up.
This is Women's History Month and Michigan is full of women like Naudia who are quietly building something extraordinary while the world is still sleeping. Two businesses. A passion for community. And a genuine desire to help people feel proud of where they live.
That is the kind of woman worth celebrating.
Whether you are buying your first home, selling your current one, or need someone you can trust to take care of your space Naudia is your person.
