Like some variety?
This is primarily a FLEX and project-based position, however can be combined with one of the openings we have currently. This person will help in all projects, including staff coverage of cleaning assignments, carpet & floor equipment use, and special projects.
Experience in building/facility maintenance is preferred, but not necessary. Dependability & integrity is absolutely required. If you have common sense, like working with people, and a great work ethic, this could be your chance to grow with us. We're willing to train the right person!
We're open to developing a work schedule that meets our needs, though we're patient enough to wait for the right person. You'd be working with the Operations Mgr. each evening getting familiar with our buildings, staff, and tasks we provide. As training progresses, you'll have some assigned tasks on your own, but will generally work with the Operations Mgr. nightly. Our customers' buildings are all centrally located between Manchester's Elm Street & the Millyard, so there's not a lot of driving involved. Position is a minimum of 25+ hours per week, and can be made up to 40 hours/week.
