A Higher Standard is currently accepting applications to prepare for expansion in fall of 2022.

We are a small but growing company grown and raised right here in York County!

All are ENCOURGED TO APPLY with or without experience employees will be trained in proper cleaning, disinfection, chemical use and more!

Active Independent Cleaners are welcome to apply, We may have opportunities for those that are already insured and working as self employed at a percentage rate as an IC!


Employee wages and placement vary based on performance at the time of training.
Cleaning techs will be hired at $13.00 - $17.00 hr. Those with stellar performance will be evaluated upon completed training with an option to train for team lead positions starting at $18.00 - $22.00 hr.

Job duties for cleaning include but are not limited to...

* Lifting and moving items up to 30lbs including but not limited to, small appliances and furniture, equipment and supplies
* Working at a steady pace for up to 4 hours at a time
* Using a step stool to reach high areas such as Interior windows, light fixtures and ceiling fans
* Great attention to detail is a MUST!
* Ability to follow instructions and perform cleaning related tasks
* A personable attitude and ability to work with a team or alone if needed
* Must be open to training and willing to ask questions or for assistance when needed.
* Bilingual or understanding of basic English is preferred but we are willing to work with you to translate

-Please keep in mind that we are only taking applications at this time. Interviews will be conducted mid September with training to begin in October. Just in Time for the HOLIDAYS!!
