As you all know we have had to start locking our doors at night, and you can only access with a key fob. However, we have several customers that are taking it upon themselves to let everyone in, prop the door open with chairs and even the latest was a knife stuck in the door. Let this be everyone's fair warning that we have cameras EVERYWHERE! If you are caught doing this you will be asked to not come back to our establishment, but I will also post your video and pics everywhere on Facebook! Fair warning is out now so no one can say how awful I am. Probably will even put a little music with it to rub the embarrassment in further! 😜 Customer safety and maintaining our business is our top priority. I don't think anyone would be okay with me propping your door open at home letting anyone and everyone in at midnight.

Good morning! We have been made aware by a couple customers, that their key fob for overnight access did not work last night. Please know we are truly sorry for the inconvenience and we are actively working on troubleshooting and resolving the issue.
**If you attempted to enter last night with your key fob and it wouldn’t let you in, if you could please message me on fb or text the store with your name and approximate time please. (931-247-1231) This will help us narrow down the issue because several customers were able to get in successfully.
Again we apologize and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work out the kinks. I would like to think we are almost perfect 😜 😉 (just kidding) but we can not control when lovely technology decides to have a mind of its own. Please keep this in mind when you are letting us know. Speaking unruly to my attendants is not going to help the situation. We are trying to provide a safe flexible environment for everyone!!!!

Friendly reminder that doors to laundromat will auto lock tonight from 10pm-7am. You will only be able to get in if you have obtained a key fob from one of our helpful attendants. If you plan on doing your laundry late night or early morning stop by anytime 7am to 7pm to get one or further information!
If you are in the laundromat right before 10 you are good to finish your laundry inside. However if you go outside to smoke, make a phone call etc you will NOT be able to get back in without a fob!!!! Your clothes or whatever items inside will be available when it unlocks at 7am.

🚨 Important Update for Our Night Owls! 🚨

Starting July 1st, H2GO Laundromat doors will automatically lock from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Customers who need access during those hours can obtain a key fob from one of our attendants. This will allow you to enter and exit the laundromat overnight while helping us provide a safer environment for everyone.

Our attendants are available daily from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM to get you set up.
Please note, Due to employee injury and moving schedules, we will be closing the drop off area early at 3 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for the next 6 weeks.

The good news: Our customers will be safer. ❤️

The bad news: We’ll probably have fewer “Wall of Shame” videos. However we may have a few featuring people pulling on locked doors, trying every entrance, and looking directly at the giant sign explaining why they’re locked out. 😂
