Beware if you get a quote that seems too good to be true, because it is. I got a quote that I thought was too good to be true, but Anthony was personable, and said he could do the job.
Sure enough, part of the way through fixing the deck, which he said he could do even though it isn't one of the things he advertises, I got a call asking to up the amount for labor by a considerable amount. Having worked construction before, I understood it was a considerable job, and I okayed the increase, and even sent a text stating the amount. He then padded the amount, and overcharged me. When I told him he overcharged me, he disagreed. I had the figures in front of me, and I laid them out to him, and he was under the impression that I was okay with additional labor costs, even though I agreed to a set amount. The work they did was passable, even though they missed some pickets on the fence they said they would replace. Anthony is a nice guy, and I am sure he does great with work he is familiar with, but not carpentry work or estimates. https://bit.ly/2Onp5ba
