Did you know that in addition to installing new septic systems and holding tanks, we also offer repairs? 🔧

Our team recently completed repairs on a holding tank after a real estate septic inspection identified work needed to bring the tank up to plumbing code.

A septic inspection is an important part of the home buying and selling process. It can help identify concerns with a system and give buyers and sellers a better understanding of its condition. If repairs are needed, our team is here to help! 😄

Whether you’re preparing to sell, looking to purchase a home, or need repairs to your existing system, give Ziegelbauer Septic Service a call. We’d love to help answer your questions and find the right solution for your property.

This video was taken recently at a property one of our technicians serviced. During pumping, he noticed significant effluent backflow from the drainfield into the septic tank.

What does that mean? Backflow can indicate that the drainfield is not accepting effluent as it should. In this case, the findings indicate that the system is nearing the end of its serviceable life and replacement will be needed.

This is one of the many things our technicians look for during county-mandated septic maintenance. We help homeowners understand the condition of their systems so they have time to plan for needed repairs or replacement.

🎉 SHOUTOUT TO OUR AMAZING MADDY! 🎉

Yesterday we celebrated two years of Maddy being part of the Ziegelbauer Septic team! 💙

Maddy has been such an incredible addition to our team, and we truly couldn’t be more thankful to have her on board. She’s the one behind the scenes keeping everything running smoothly, keeping us organized, and, of course, creating many of the Facebook posts you all get to enjoy! 😉

She works hard, keeps us all on track, and brings such a bright smile to the office every day. We are so lucky to have her! 🥰

To celebrate, we treated Maddy to lunch (shhh… don’t tell the guys 🤫😂) and, of course, we had to wash it all down with some Dairy Queen ice cream for everyone! 🍦

Maddy, thank you for your loyalty, hard work, and everything you do for Ziegelbauer Septic. We appreciate you more than you know! Here’s to many more years! 💙🎉
