What was completed here was
•all bathrooms were thoroughly cleaned with a scrub/wash and dry of all tubs/showers
•all sinks and faucets were scrubbed and wiped cleaned
•all mirrors and light bulbs were wiped cleaned
•all cabinets, drawls, handles and switches were wiped cleaned along with the insides
•all toilets were cleaned inside and out
•all windows, frames, sills, blinds were wiped cleaned
•all appliances wiped cleaned inside and out
•all doors, frames, baseboards were wiped cleaned
•all fans wiped cleaned
•all vents vacuumed out and wiped cleaned
•all floors scrubbed of paint, vacuumed and mopped.

What was completed here was
•all windows, window frames, and sills were cleaned inside and out
•all surfaces, cabinets, drawls, handles, sinks and faucets were vacuumed of constructional dust and wiped cleaned
•all doors/frames and baseboards were wiped cleaned
•all toilets were cleaned inside and out
•all tile walls wiped cleaned
•all stainless steel cleaned and polished
•all sitting areas were vacuumed and wiped cleaned
•all insulation on the walls visible were vacuumed of constructional dust and wiped cleaned, along with the metal frame wiped down as well
•all floors vacuumed and scrubbed/mopped/vacuumed.

A make ready cleaned successfully once again.
What was done here was
•a thorough dust from the ceiling to the baseboards
•all baseboards, door frames, window sills and frames, all walls were wiped cleaned and mopped method provided for the walls
•all windows and mirrors cleaned
•all vents cleaned and vacuumed out
•all cabinets and drawls wiped cleaned
•all surfaces wiped cleaned
•all outlets and switches were wiped cleaned
•all sinks, tubs and showers scrubbed, washed and dried
•all faucets, door handles, switches and fans wiped cleaned
•a wipe down of the stove top and oven
•all floors swept, vacuumed and mopped.

Just a little bit of something we been working on with a few of the Air BNB and side properties for direct owners.

From Meticulous, we communicate in ways we know we can help with any improvement.
For these areas, we have provided something as simple as a little bit of direction for the properties on our end, to providing all essentials, needs and home set up for the vacation stay.

For the landscape/garden status,
that is not our true specialty but it is not something not impossible to assist with.
(Fun fact, my mother is a Floriculturis; so we're learning.)

Not only that,
our team has provided something as simple as a quick fix, up to floor remolding, pipe repairs, welding and even cutting down gigantic trees to help with making sure there is fire wood for the property for guest.

When it comes to repairs,
that our out of our work scope and far from our profession; We will help point you into the right direction for assistances.

As you can see,
from our experience we manage the cleaning for vacation stays but we are also very helpful when it comes to managing the properties to help with the direction of improvement.
For AiR BNB properties, we understand this is an investment; So it's not exactly low-cost.
With our team, not only with providing cleaning we are happy to assist in any other way we no we can.

When being approached with any information regarding somebody thinking about or stepping into having a vacation stay to rent out;
I always inform them find a cleaning company you can trust and communicate with.
Because honestly, from Meticulous perspective with all our years with direct owners and helping them manage their properties, you can save a lot of money with just working with the cleaning company you can trust as y'all can go far together.

With this said, we our grateful for the growth and possibility to work with direct owners to help in any way to help grow their business as ours.
I thank you all for allowing our team to work with you for your home and vacation stay and to allowing us to grow with you.

To be truthful,
I have to remind myself how far MHM has came a lot of the times.
Looking at these photos, I am in just aww speechless mode.
"Speak it into existence",
I remember the first time I said that with somebody special and I carry that memory so tightly today.
Don't let that go and keep that entrepreneur mindset!

Meticulous Home Management has came such a long way!
I love that I created this video and I am able to look back.
This level here is only within the beginning.
I thought I knew great tips but as I look back only the bare minimum for residential.

I have learned and grown so much since then and not alone.
Through the ups and downs, and what I hear is growing pains;
I am blessed for where Meticulous Home Management is today.
I am blessed for all the people who have taken a leap of faith within me and the growing business of
Meticulous Home Management LLC as to be apart in any way.
MHM would not be where it is today without alot of y'all, team members and clients.

Ps I still love a lot of these products, for windows I actually prefer Dawn dish soap out of anything.
For hard water stains though, it's about what equipment is used to make the differences.
Mops and vacuums for a deeper clean, the equipment matters 100%.
What was shown in this video, is fine for everyday cleaning but for a deeper touch, you need to bring out the bad boys.
Our favorite to clean with for blinds and surfaces and cabinets, all that good stuff is microfiber rags and dawn dish soap.
We acourse use multi surface sprays all the time but Dawn gets the job done in a thorough manner also.

Another successful deep clean completed for transition into an Air BNB stay.
For all units, I highly recommended having that deep clean provided first and then following up with the turn over maintenance clean in between guest.
I can not stress how important this is.
These steps will make a differences as far as reviews and for the guest's experience.

For this deep clean what was provided was
•all bathrooms were thoroughly cleaned, touching every area and surface
•all appliances were cleaned inside and out
•all baseboards, cabinets, drawls, doors, handles, and switches were washed down and disinfectly wiped cleaned
•all light fixtures and bulbs were cleaned
•all fans were dusted and wiped cleaned along with a thorough wipe down dust being provided of the stay
•all vents were vacuumed of dust
•all interior wndows, blinds and window sills were cleaned
•all mirrors and glass were wiped cleaned
•all tubs, showers, and sinks were scrubbed and washed cleaned
•all laundry was washed
•all beds were made
•all towels were stocked into place for accessible access to
•all surfaces and furniture was disinfectly wiped cleaned
•all floors were vacume and mopped
•all carpet was steam vacumed.

Ending the year with great team work provided and completed by MHM for another amazing place.
For this post construction clean our team had a total of 20 cleaners assigned for this project,
as this location was almost 65,000 sq. ft.
The cleaning was mainly provided by the team within two days.
This clean consisted of
•cleaning all windows inside and out
(the team was provided access to necessary equipment and lifts along with being OSHA certified.)
•cleaning all bathrooms, touching every area, making sure to remove any debris from the building construction
•cleaning all stainless steel and boards along with removing of the brand new stickers
•cleaning all walls, doors, cabinets and drawls of post construction debris, dirt and marks
•cleaning all classrooms along with making sure to clean all dust collected on the church's property for the children's area
•cleaning all floors along with a sweep, vacume and mop
(The team was provided access to necessary commercial equipment to cover the large area.)

Thank you all who helped with this project as it is always a honor to provide services to where we know we make a difference.
This clean was ran very smoothly and successful, many more projects to come.
