Cleaning is hard on your hands, wrists, shoulders, back, and knees in ways most people never think about. ❤️

Your hands are constantly scrubbing, wiping, squeezing out cloths, and working with products until they’re dry, sore, and exhausted.

Your wrists repeat the same motions thousands of times a day.

Your shoulders carry supplies, reach high shelves, clean baseboards, lift, stretch, and work nonstop from one home to the next.

Your knees spend more time on floors than most people realize.

And the thing is... it doesn’t happen overnight.
It’s not usually one big injury.
It’s the little aches, soreness, and tension that slowly build over months and years until your body starts treating pain like it’s just part of the routine.
Yet every day, cleaners show up.
They keep moving.
They keep caring.

They keep giving their best because people are counting on them and because they take pride in the work they do. 🤍
Cleaning isn’t “just cleaning.”
It’s physical labor, attention to detail, and a body that works hard behind the scenes so someone else can come home to a clean, comfortable space.

So if you know a cleaner, appreciate them.
Their body is paying a price that most people never see. 🥹💯
