HELP WANTED IMMEDIATELY
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of tasks on construction sites, including site prep, material handling, and cleanup. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions are essential. Candidates with skills in irrigation systems or landscaping will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform physical labor on construction sites such as digging, lifting, carrying, and loading materials
• Operate hand and power tools as directed
• Prepare and clean up job sites
• Follow safety guidelines and company protocols
• Assist with installation of structures and fixtures
• Support skilled tradespeople as needed
• (If applicable) Install, repair, or maintain irrigation systems
• (If applicable) Perform landscaping tasks including planting, grading, and sod installation

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous construction experience is a plus
• Irrigation or landscaping experience strongly preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work well as part of a team
