My name is Tiana, owner of Tiana Cares.

I created a postpartum support service for moms who may just need an extra hand with things around the house.

Whether it’s prepping bottles, cleaning up around the house, doing light meal prep, giving you a chance to rest, or just being a listening ear… I got you. 🤍

I am a mom myself, so I know how it is. My goal with Tiana Cares is to create a safe space where moms can feel at ease and receive support that actually helps during such a special, but sometimes overwhelming, season of life.
