POSITION DUTIES:
Primary duties include interior cleaning services and some exterior but not limited to, the following:
• 1x cleanings, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and annual team cleaning assignments
• Perform Bathroom, Kitchen, Living Room and Dining Room cleaning at a reasonable pace, including walking, standing, bending, reaching and lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds
• Maintaining all types of flooring and stairways. This may include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms including all fixtures
• Clean and maintain a variety of spaces/buildings including common areas, offices, commercial spaces and other areas
• Kitchen and kitchenette cleaning including but not limited to stoves, fridges, microwaves, etc.
• Remove and dispose of trash/debris
• Areas and cleaning route may vary depending on "need" or season
• Great customer service skills a plus
• Preferred QUALIFICATIONS:
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (preferred for Level II Cleaning Specialist)
Class A Cleaning will train the employee on the proper guidelines, procedures and proper use of Cleaning Products and Equipment during initial training and on an ongoing basis. Employees are expected to follow these guidelines and procedures as outlined.
