Our specialty is working with short term rental property owners such as Airbnb hosts or holiday rental owners, taking care of the clean up and clutter so that you don't have to! Our cleaning services include:
-General tidying after guests and/or weekly clutte

-Sweeping and mopping of floors
-Scrubbing all counter tops, tables and other surfaces
-Thorough cleaning of all toilets, sinks and showers/tubs
-Food, grime and grease removal from stoves, ovens, and other kitchen appliances
-Beds made with care
-Windows and mirrors washed
-Minor, repair and maintenance work
-Etc. Our cleaning service is priced at an hourly rate with a 25% discount for first time clients! We also work to provide a quality holiday rental management services. What this means is that we work with property owners who are interested, or already invested in short term holiday rentals to create a hands off management system for the owner. Our system takes all the day to day requirements associated with running a holiday rental off you, the hosts, hands. A short list of our services:
-Generating complete, attractive profiles for your units
-Active unit pricing to fill your units at their maximum potential
-Contacting, communicating with and screening guests prior to arrival
-Key exchange and initial meet and greet
-Guest question and concern responses
-Emergency response and mitigation
-Cleaning, tidying and preparing the unit for next rental
-minor maintenance and repair

Our property management service is priced out at 20% of the gross income from your rentals. at this rate you get to benefit 80% of your home income while hardly having to lift a finger!
