🥶 Cold weather is here… is your furnace ready?

Your furnace works hard to keep you warm, but dust, dirt, and pet hair can make that job a whole lot harder!

A few friendly reminders:
✅Check your furnace filter monthly and replace it as needed (typically every 1–3 months).

✅Keep litter boxes, pet beds, and other dust-producing items away from your furnace and its air intake.

✅ Keep the area around your furnace clean and free of dust, pet hair, and clutter.

📸 These photos are a good reminder of what we see out in the field! A little preventative maintenance can go a long way toward keeping your furnace running when you need it most.

Don't wait until your furnace decides to take a vacation in the middle of a Michigan winter. 🥶

Our office will be closed Wednesday the 23rd while the CMC crew heads to the HVAC/R Expo!

We’re taking the day to check out the latest HVAC technology, tools, equipment, and industry innovations — all with the goal of finding better ways to serve our customers (and probably looking at a few tools we definitely “need” 😉).

We’ll be back in the office Thursday the 24th and will respond to calls, texts, and messages as soon as we can.
