Clients‼️

I have recently had to cut back on even more clients because my new schedule for school this semester.

I believe i have reached out to everyone that this effects for now. So if you havent had a txt from me, you are safe and nothing is changing.

MOVING FORWARD‼️

As I continue with my schooling, and have to take more and more in person classes, my work schedule will get smaller and smaller.

What this means is that my schedule will be changing every few months. I will keep trying to accommodate as many of you as I can that is possible.

Months that my schedule could potentially change moving forward are:
January
March
June
August
October

Note: I do not get my new/changed schedule until a week before new classes start, this means that i could potentially be discontinuing services last minute. I am apologizing for that RIGHT now!!!

I completely understand anyone that wants to discontinue services will me because of all the schedule changes moving forward. Please just reach out to me personally.

CLIENTS ‼️‼️

URGENT ‼️

I have had 3 clients just this month of August that have had an active roach, or bedbug problem. I unknowingly went into these houses and then immediately left as soon as i knew there was a problem.

Why you may ask I went to these houses, well they are and have been clients for years with no problems. But recently they have been somewhere, probably on vacation; they picked up these pesky bugs and didnt know it and then I found them while cleaning their homes.

1 person had no idea, the other 2 knew and still didnt tell me!!! This is extremely frustrating to me as a business owner. The 2 that knowingly still had me come to clean are no longer clients because of this reason. To me that is a huge disrespect. When I enter a home and find evidence or even live bugs of this nature, I have to have my car deep cleaned and all my cleaning utensils deep cleaned (not by me) which costs me money. This also causes me to lose out on other jobs for that day.

For example if you are my first house of the day and you have either a roach or bedbug problem, and I find out or see the evidence, I have to cancel the rest of my schedule for that day to have my cleaning things cleaned properly!!!!

It states on THIS page that I reserve the right to charge a $75 fee for this problem on top of the initial price of cleaning, even if i did NOT finishing cleaning your house!!!! I have in no time in the last 8 years enforced this because I havent had to.

Moving forward this will be enforced 💯‼️‼️

If you want to continue with my service once the issue is delt with you will need proof from where you had your house professionally treated.

I honestly hate to be this way, but I am out quiet a bit of money just this month, because of a few inconsiderate people.

My family is in the middle of a medical crisis, over the next few weeks things will be up in the air as far as work schedule goes. I apologize in advance if I cancel unexpectedly, or on short notice. If you call/txt and do not get a response right away, I apologize. I will get back to you when I can.

There are a few dates between March-May that I will not be working for various reasons.

I will try to get as many of you rescheduled as I can, unfortunately I can not do that for everyone.

Here are the dates I know of as of right now:

March 26th&27th
March 31st
April 2nd
April 6th
April 13th
April 14th
May 5th
May 8th
May 12th
May 15th

These dates are subject to change at any given time! There could be dates removed or added, specifically in May.

If any of these dates effect you, I will be reaching out the Friday before to talk about the changes.

Madill Track and Field kicks of their yearly fundraiser for this track season today!
