This morning, we completed a roof inspection and discovered over 80 wind crease shingles, including missing the ridge cap. After documenting the damage, we’re moving forward with filing a homeowners insurance claim on behalf of the homeowner.

The great news? This homeowner is getting a brand-new roof, fully covered by insurance — upgraded from a 3-tab shingle to a premium architectural shingle, with all code upgrades included at no extra cost.
