As we prepare to relaunch our business, I want to take a moment to reflect on our journey. Towards the end of last year, we faced some challenges that led to decisions we regret. I sincerely apologize for any impact this had on our reputation. We were navigating a tough period, and it was never our intention to tarnish our name.
