Summary
We are seeking an Operations Training Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills of our staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional service while adhering to our eco-friendly practices. Conduct regular quality checks and record the results. Regularly travel between job sites (commercial, residential, and rental properties) to perform quality inspections and provide on-site employee support. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained in proper condition, and monitor the inventory of cleaning supplies. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Ensure that cleaning is done to the highest standards. Responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service to our clients. Your leadership will be key in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and customer care. There is no physical office, so this is a remote position. You will be trained by the Owner in all areas of the business.
Responsibilities - Training
Design and develop comprehensive training programs for new and existing employees.
Conduct training sessions that educate staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies and procedures.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.
Maintain documentation of training activities and employee progress.
Efficiently manage employee scheduling and address daily staff callouts, informing management/ owner of serious issues and a pattern of behavior.
Regularly evaluate cleaning staff performance, provide constructive feedback, identify areas for improvement or additional training, and let management know about any serious violations so that corrective action can be taken.
Ensure cleaning staff are properly trained in the safe use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and other tools, by industry standards and regulations like OSHA.

Requirements
Valid Driver's License
Reliable Transportation
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Cleaning experience or background is helpful.
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role is a plus.
Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently while also being a team player.
Effective communication skills to educate and motivate staff and discuss issues with clients
I'd like to point out that previous experience managing employees (small crew) is helpful but not required.
MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION TO TRAVEL TO DIFFERENT JOB SITES WITHIN SOUTHERN MAINE AND ASSESS THE NEEDS OF PROPERTIES, CLEANING STAFF, AND MORE
