Some of the hardest working parts on this Dodge Charger S**t Pack are hiding in plain sight: the front wheels and tires. They sit inches from the brakes, close to the bumper we wrapped in paint protection film, and directly in the path of dust, tar, insects, and debris from Robeson County roads.

For this project we installed paint protection film on the front bumper and headlights, applied our five year ceramic coating to the paintwork, and used dedicated coating on the remaining exterior surfaces where appropriate. That included the glass, exterior plastics, and the wheels shown here. A brand new vehicle shouldn't need paint correction, but here we are.

This 2026 GMC Acadia came to OC Detailing straight from the dealership, and the gloss black exterior accent pieces already had swirl marks and defects. Those trim pieces are notoriously soft, which is why proper maintenance on them is mandatory from day one. We machine polished all of the defects out first, because coating over imperfections just locks them in.

This red Tesla Model Y just rolled out of the studio wearing a full ceramic window tint package, and the timing could not be better with summer heat settling into Robeson County.

Holograms and buffer trails on a brand new SUV? We see it more often than you would expect.

This Lincoln Aviator came to OC Detailing in Lumberton for our 2 year Bronze ceramic coating and window tint, but our inspection under multiple lighting conditions told us the paint needed correction first. Holograms left from the factory and dealership would have been locked under the coating if we rushed the job. We do not rush jobs.

A loyal client brought us another one of his cars, this red Corvette, for paint correction. Years of wiping dust off the paint without proper lubrication had left love marks across the finish.
