Not every visit is about correction.

Sometimes the goal is keeping what you already have.

This 2024 Ford Mustang came in for our Preservation Detail, a full interior service covering every crack and crevice, leather conditioning, sanitization, and everything the cabin needs to stay protected and looking the way it should.

Then the customer decided to add on window tint while he was here. Carbon tint went on the side windows, back glass, and a visor strip across the top of the windshield. 35% all around — clean, legal, and a perfect match for the color of the car.

Two services. One visit. The car left better protected inside and out than when it arrived.

That is what it looks like when you stay ahead of it.

Lumberton summers are not kind to factory glass or paint. The UV index here stays elevated for months, and without the right protection in place, interiors fade and clear coats degrade faster than most owners expect.

This 2026 Toyota Sequoia came into the studio for Union Window Films Ceramic IR tint and a full ceramic coating application. Before either product touched the vehicle, we completed a thorough decontamination of the paint and a careful inspection of every panel to confirm the surface was ready to accept the coating correctly. Ceramic IR film does more than block visible light. It rejects infrared heat at a meaningful level, which directly reduces interior temperatures and protects the dashboard, seats, and trim from the kind of UV exposure that breaks materials down over time. The ceramic coating on the exterior creates a hydrophobic, UV-resistant layer that keeps the paint cleaner between washes and slows the oxidation process that Lumberton's climate accelerates.

Together, the window film and ceramic coating work as a protection system addressing heat, UV, and environmental contamination from two directions at once.

Three years ago, this Corvette Z06 came to us as a brand new car.

The owner wanted it protected the right way from the start, so we installed Ceramic Pro Ultimate Armor, which includes full front paint protection film, a lifetime warrantied ceramic coating on the remaining painted surfaces, and dedicated coatings on the remaining exterior.

Shortly after that initial visit, he brought it back to add PPF to the doors and rear fenders. We also installed ceramic window tint at that time, and three years later that film still looks exactly like it did on day one. No fading, no color shift, nothing.

The car itself still has zero rock chips, zero scratches, and zero swirl marks. That is not luck. That is what happens when the right products are applied correctly from the beginning and the prep work is done with obsessive attention to detail.

This Z06 is a rare machine, and it deserves that level of care every single time it comes through the door. Obsessive care. Every time.

New trucks take a beating on Lumberton roads before the first oil change. Rural highway debris, intense UV, and summer humidity start working on paint and glass from day one, and a 2026 Ram is too significant an investment to leave unprotected from the start.

This one came into the studio for a full protection package. Window tint using Union Window Films to handle heat and UV load, Paint Protection Film on the high-impact zones to stop chips and road debris before they reach the clear coat, and Ceramic Coating to lock in a hydrophobic layer that makes maintenance easier and keeps contamination from bonding to the surface over time.

Each service was applied in the correct sequence. PPF goes on first, then ceramic coating goes over the film and the remaining painted surfaces. Tint gets done with clean glass and controlled conditions. Nothing gets skipped, nothing gets rushed past.

The combination of PPF, ceramic coating, and window tint on a new truck means you are addressing impact, UV degradation, surface contamination, and interior heat load all at once. That kind of layered protection is exactly what a vehicle like this needs when it lives in Robeson County.

Lumberton summers are relentless, and the interior of a Buick Rendezvous takes the full hit through every window.

UV radiation at this latitude does not just fade upholstery. It bakes dashboards, cracks vinyl, and makes every drive uncomfortable before the air conditioning even catches up. Window tint is one of the most practical things you can do for a vehicle you actually use daily, and the quality of the film you choose matters more than most people realize.

For this Rendezvous, we installed Union Window Films to address exactly those conditions. The film rejects significant infrared energy, which is what you feel as heat load through the glass, not just the visible light. UV protection is part of the spec as well, which slows the interior degradation that Robeson County sun accelerates faster than most areas of the state.

Preparation and precise installation are what separate a film that lasts from one that peels at the edges inside a season. This vehicle is protected against everything Lumberton summers bring.

Black paint is stunning the day you drive it off the lot.

It is also the first color to show every swirl, every water spot, and every imperfection that builds up over time.

This 2026 Ford Expedition came straight from the dealership. The owner knew what black paint becomes without protection, and they were not willing to find out the hard way.

Ceramic coating went on the full exterior to lock in that deep gloss and give the paint long-term resistance against UV, contamination, and the daily wear that adds up fast. PPF went on the front bumper to handle rock chips and road debris before they ever reach the paint.

Five years from now, this bumper will look exactly the way it did the day it left the lot.

That is the point of doing it right from the start.

Lumberton summers do not negotiate. The UV index here stays elevated for months, and inside a cab that sits in direct sun, temperatures can push well past what most people expect. For this 2026 Ram TRX, window tint was the right call before those interior surfaces start paying the price.

Union Window Films blocks heat at the source by rejecting infrared energy before it moves through the glass. That means the leather, the dash, and the electronics behind it are not cycling through extreme heat day after day. Less thermal stress on interior materials over time is a real, measurable benefit, not a marketing claim.

The glass was fully prepped before any film touched the surface. Contamination left under a tint film does not go away on its own. It shows up weeks later and it compromises adhesion. That prep step is not optional here.

The TRX is already built to handle hard conditions. The interior deserves the same standard.

Paint enhancement is about more than just making a car look good. It is about addressing what UV exposure, humidity, and road contaminants have already done to the surface before a coating ever goes down.

This 2023 Mercedes CLA 250 came in for paint enhancement followed by ceramic coating, and the preparation phase is where the real work happens. Before any coating is applied, the paint gets a thorough inspection under proper lighting to identify oxidation, light swirling, and surface contamination that would otherwise be locked under the coating permanently. Paint enhancement corrects those defects, restoring clarity and gloss back to the finish so the ceramic coating bonds to the cleanest, most refined surface possible.

Skipping or rushing that prep stage is one of the most common mistakes in this industry. The coating does not hide defects. It preserves whatever surface it is applied to, good or bad. Doing it right means the coating performs the way it is designed to, and the finish underneath stays protected in its best possible condition.

Proper preparation makes all the difference in long-term results.

Lumberton summers are no joke when it comes to what they do to your interior. High UV index, brutal heat radiating through unprotected glass, and humidity that just sits there all season long. The Jeep Wrangler Moab already lives an adventurous life, and the interior deserves real protection from the sun exposure that comes with that lifestyle.

We installed Union Window Films on this 2026 Jeep Wrangler Moab, bringing infrared rejection and UV protection to every pane of glass. The film works by blocking the wavelengths responsible for heat buildup and material degradation inside the cabin. That means cooler interior temps, less fading on upholstery and trim, and less strain on your climate control system during those long Robeson County summers. The preparation process matters here just as much as the product itself. Clean, contaminant-free glass allows the film to seat properly and perform the way it was designed to perform from day one.

Vehicles like the Wrangler see serious real-world exposure year-round, and quality window film is one of the most practical long-term investments you can make for interior preservation.

The Dodge Durango Hellcat is built to be driven hard, and owners of this SUV want it to stay looking exactly the way it does right now, years from now.

This 2026 Durango Hellcat came into the studio for window tint and ceramic coating. Lumberton summers are no joke. The UV index here is consistently high, the heat sits heavy, and humidity works against unprotected paint and glass in ways most people do not think about until the damage is already done. A vehicle like this deserved a treatment that addresses all of it.

We applied window tint using Union Window Films to reduce infrared heat load and block UV from penetrating the cabin glass. The exterior received a ceramic coating application that bonds to the paint surface, creating a hydrophobic layer that resists environmental contamination and makes long-term maintenance significantly more manageable.

The combination of window tint and ceramic coating on a vehicle like this works together in a way that matters. The glass is protected from the inside out, and the paint is protected from everything the road and the weather bring. Both services done right, both done at the same time.

Obsessive care. Every time.
