Let’s talk! We take training, professionalism, and client safety extremely seriously.
One thing many people don’t realize is that inviting someone into your home requires a huge amount of trust — and we never take that lightly.
That’s exactly why our training process is heavily monitored from the very beginning. The moment we notice behavior, attitude, conduct, quality or even personality that does not align with our company standards, we make the decision to part ways immediately before it ever impacts our clients.
Sometimes, individuals who are removed from training are unhappy with that decision, and while we cannot control how others respond emotionally, we can control the standards we uphold as a company.
We are proud of the way we run our business, proud of the care we put into protecting our clients, and proud that we refuse to ignore red flags simply for the sake of keeping staff.
Our priority will always be maintaining a respectful, trustworthy, and professional experience inside every home we enter.
