Cost of living is cheap in southeast Texas and Texas Pool Guy is looking for a motivated Full Time Repair Technician/Manager to get $800 to $1000 per week plus benefits in Lumberton, TX Beaumont, TX area.
We are looking for an experienced pool repair technician for $800 a week who can get any pool equipment repairs done without calling someone to ask how to take off an impeller or test a heater sensor.
Pay would be $1000 per week if you already have pool service management experience and can come right in and run the service/route departments (invoicing, scheduling, managing lower employees, etc) as well as go out and get repairs done as the head repair tech.
If you do not yet have management experience but are capable of it then you would work up from $800 to $1000 per week as you learn and take over manager duties.
We would pay $1000 bonus to help you move here if you have proper experience.

It goes without saying but Experience with electrial work (120/240 as well as low voltage), schematics and plumbing is required.

NOW HIRING a Pool cleaner for full time position. Cleaners get $525 to $550 per week after training. Must be able to work outside in the heat and have a drivers license and be able to show up to work 5 days a week to our Lumberton office..
Experience in pool cleaning and maintenance is preferred, however any applicant will be considered as we will train you on the job. As long as they can and will work outside in the elements year round cleaning pools, we can train you on how to do it!
We offer competitive pay for a no experience entry level labor pool cleaner job and the job comes with benefits (including free basic health insurance for the employee and 5 paid vacation days after your first year etc.), and no night shifts and no Saturdays unless we get really backed up! Office is located in Lumberton.
MUST HAVE valid drivers license and be willing to work outside and be able to show up to work on time!
