* My quotes are priced per square footage of the areas where I will be providing my services. You and I will need to schedule a separate day appointment that best suits your schedule to do a thorough walk through of the residential or commercial space you are requesting to have done to provide you a more accurate quote!

* Additional add-ons may absolutely be requested! Whatever you need I can do

; to a reasonable and safe extent of course!

* If you would like to hire my services, payments are to be received BEFORE I provide my cleaning services! Thank you kindly!

* I am more than willing to travel to your home or commercial space you are currently working at for your convenience, although there will be a $0.25 mileage fee after 30 miles. The areas I will be servicing range from Baytown, Tx to Lake Charles, La and any city/town in between! Baytown, Tx is an hour one way from my current residence and Lake Charles, La is an hour in the opposite direction. I will go a little further but it all depends on the time/day you would like to be scheduled for so please keep that in mind! I will happily travel and provide my cleaning services to both Texas and Louisiana!

* I will be wearing gloves for sanitary purposes, and also if you would like for me to wear a face mask in your home or work space while I am servicing the requested area, I kindly ask that you please give me a 24 hour notice before the scheduled cleaning appointment day! I would greatly appreciate it!

* If you would like for me to use specific products due to allergies, also if you are a client who has signed my 6 month contract for reoccurring cleaning services then I will personally buy the specific product(s) you requested me to use in your home or office and keep them on hand specifically for you, or if you would rather me use your preferred cleaning products, that is perfectly fine!
