Another Job we'll done. I really felt led to post this story. My client had expressed such stress and frustration 🫤. She said they just moved here and had been told the home had been cleaned. She stated it obviously had not so she mentioned this to the previous owner who then said they'd send a cleaning crew. She went and looked the weekend she was supposed to move in and was disgusted 😒. She wasn't going to move into a dirty house, and I cant say I blame her. Many times people will ask for a deep clean when moving into a home or when preparing to sell their home. Sadly many times the crews that are hired only surface clean. They figure if you can't see it you will never know. Those other cleaners just wipe what's on top not realizing that there is a huge difference between surface cleaning and deep cleaning. Deep cleaning means if it opens and can be taken apart then you open it take it a part and clean it from the inside out. We have perfected our techniques and have learned over 20 plus years what works to combat certain stains or spills. We understand different materials require certain sensitivity to what is used on them. Not all floors and metal fixtures are the same so you can not and should not just use any Ole cleaner. And if you are not going to read the directions on the bottle and follow it to a T, please do not attempt to think you are going to clean that floor. Many times there's nothing we can do to hard water stains that were just never treated on fixtures or damage already done by using the wrong scrubbers on sensitive metals or plastics that look like metal. What happens many times is then we get called in to remove chemicals or film that is almost impossible to remove once the other cleaners have ruined a floor or someone new fixtures. Thankfully this was not the case with this client. We able to save her floors and we found everything that was missed by the previous 2 not 1 but 2 cleaning crews. Sometimes your just better off hiring us in the first place. Your mess is our mission cleaned right the first time. Im so glad she loved it and now she can move in with peace of mind.
