If you're wanting my services & can not make time for a walkthrough. Please find someone else.
Do not try to send me a video & pictures thinking I will see every little detail I'll be cleaning. Smh.
Unless I ask for pictures, which is very rarely. I think I've had 2 clients over the past year which are a one task or room job.
I don't ask for a transportation fee to do my walkthroughs unless you are like 45 mins to an hour out from me. So 80% of my walkthroughs are funded out of my pocket! I want to see your house IN PERSON.
I even offer evening & weekend walkthroughs. Taking time away from my family & rest. I do this because I LOVE the hustle.
Are you going to be including up under the rim of your toilet. I highly doubt it. What about the layer of dust on the top of your door frames. Let's not forget about an up close of all the high dusting areas ( above your kitchen cabinets, ceiling fans, light fixtures, etc.).
I also look for previous damage, excessive pet hair, what type of shower/tub you have (so I know I'm using the right & safe cleaning products), clutter..(please pick up!).
We get to meet each other face-to-face.
Discuss concerns & priorities.
Introduce me to your pets.
Let me tour your home & SEE the areas I will be cleaning.
