Community, Collaboration, and Connection.

We had a great time at the IDA’s 72nd Annual Conference & Marketplace in Toronto! Events like this are a great reminder of how much we can learn from one another. By exchanging ideas, experiences, and solutions, we can create cleaner, safer, more vibrant public spaces.

A special thank you to everyone who stopped by the Block by Block booth. We were excited to showcase our Ambassador Programs and formally introduce Civicity Security Services, highlighting how human-centered security can help create places where residents, businesses, and visitors feel safe, welcomed, and connected.

We're grateful for the opportunity to learn, collaborate, and build new relationships. We look forward to continuing the conversation and seeing everyone at the next conference!

Did you know you can find our Ambassadors on college campuses?

With school back in session, University of Tennessee K-Town Connect Ambassadors are busy providing students safety escorts, giving directions, and helping keep public spaces clean.

In addition to these services, they also:
▪remove graffiti
▪clean up litter
▪relocate scooters
▪address panhandling
▪connect with businesses
▪perform garage checks

Every service provided contributes to a safer, more welcoming campus for students and visitors. Next time you’re on campus and need assistance, just look for the uniform.

It was a busy August for Ambassadors in Milwaukee Downtown. From helping with events to assisting motorists, the numbers show their commitment to creating a safe and welcoming community.

Last month, they…
🔹Removed 447 items of graffiti
🔹Provided 5,868 hospitality assists
🔹Made 492 business contacts
🔹Distributed 3,939 maps and publications

We appreciate their hard work and all they do to create a positive experience for everyone who lives, works, and visits Downtown Milwaukee.

Pokémon Fever took over San Francisco, and the Yerba Buena Ambassadors were there every step of the way to help make the event a success!

An estimated 50k people attended the Pokemon World Championships at the Moscone Center. During major events like this, Ambassadors assist with directions, answer questions, and provide support to help create a positive experience for attendees. They also keep the streets and event grounds clean, take photos, and assist with setup and breakdown.

Thank you, Yerba Buena Ambassadors, for helping visitors feel welcome and ensuring they had a wonderful experience in San Francisco!
