On a roll… literally.

Every week, Downtown Boulder Ambassadors round up stray shopping carts and return them to where they belong. It may seem like a small task, but keeping carts off sidewalks and out of public spaces contributes to a cleaner, more welcoming downtown.

It’s just another way Ambassadors keep Downtown Boulder rolling in the right direction!

We're thrilled to announce our new partnership with Charlotte Area Transit System and the launch of their Fare Ambassador Program.

Beginning October 30th, 60 Fare Ambassadors will be present on Blue Line vehicles and platforms to assist riders. Fare Ambassadors will check for valid fares and provide customer service, including help with payment options.

Another Safety Summit is in the books…

Every quarter, our Ambassadors teams from coast to coast participate in summits focused on Block by Block’s safety procedures and best practices. This summit's theme was the ABC’s of Safety. Ambassadors reviewed common acronyms and abbreviations that help keep them safe while they’re out serving their communities.

These quarterly meetings are all about making sure our Ambassadors have the knowledge and tools they need to stay safe on the job.

Congratulations to the newest graduates of Block by Block’s Leadership Development Program!

The program helps employees build their skills, grow as leaders, and prepare for new opportunities within the company.

Groundbreakers are Ambassadors and Team Leaders who are ready to take on greater leadership responsibilities, while the Navigators program helps Operations Managers, Supervisors, and Project Managers strengthen their skills in coaching, decision-making, and leading their teams.

We’re proud of all our graduates and can’t wait to see what they accomplish next!

Ambassadors on Parade…

Waikiki and Downtown Honolulu Ambassadors recently took part in the 78th Annual Aloha Festivals Floral Parade!

The annual event celebrates the beauty and spirit of Hawaii, and we’re proud our Ambassadors had the opportunity to participate. During the parade, they showed off some of the equipment they use every day to help keep their communities clean and welcoming, including the Tenax street sweeper and a truck equipped with power washing equipment.

We loved seeing our Ambassadors join the celebration and represent the work they do every day to make their communities more vibrant!

Teamwork makes a difference in Downtown Austin!

Our Ambassadors and Civicity's dispatch team work together to identify concerns, coordinate responses, and address issues before they become bigger problems.

With Ambassadors serving as eyes and ears on the ground and dispatch providing real-time support, we're able to respond quickly and help create a safer, more welcoming downtown for everyone.

We’re excited to announce the launch of our newest Ambassador Program in Olde Town Arvada, Colorado!

A team of four Ambassadors is now on the ground four days a week, helping keep the historic district clean, safe, and welcoming. They are responsible for keeping sidewalks and public spaces clean, trash removal, removing graffiti, and reporting safety concerns. They’ll also conduct outreach to individuals experiencing homelessness and help connect them with local resources and support services.

We look forward to seeing the positive impact our Ambassadors will have on Olde Town Arvada and residents, visitors, and business owners in the community.
