To all of our amazing clients,
I just wanted to take a moment to be honest and transparent with you guys because that’s something I’ve always believed in as a business owner. The last month has honestly been one of the hardest months I’ve faced in business. We’ve had some staffing issues, been short staffed at times, dealt with people not showing up, and unfortunately some jobs not being completed to the standard that Bride And Broom stands for.
I want you all to know this is not who we are, and I never want anyone to feel like Bride And Broom is not dependable because we absolutely are. Sometimes in business, especially small businesses, you hit bumps in the road — and this has definitely been one of those moments for me.
This October will make 7 years of being in business, and my team and I truly take pride in what we do. We love helping families, businesses, Airbnb owners, and our community by making life a little easier. I appreciate every single client that has continued to support us, refer us, and stay patient and understanding during this difficult time.
I know my problems are not your problems, but I’ve always tried to be open with my clients because you all are more than “just clients” to me. You help support my team and our families, and I never take that for granted. I also know times are hard right now financially, which is why I always try to create packages and options that work for different budgets because I truly appreciate anyone choosing our services, especially in today’s economy.
I’ll be taking a week to reset and spend time with my family while also figuring out some things within the business so I can come back stronger and better for all of you. I truly believe this reset is needed, and I’m hopeful it will help us continue growing and serving this community the way we always have.
To the clients I’ve had to reschedule recently, I sincerely apologize. I have truly tried my best to make things right, and if I have missed your message or haven’t gotten back to you yet, please send me another message. Things have been a little overwhelming recently, but I promise I’m doing my best.
To my staff that has continued showing up and working hard through all of this — thank you. I couldn’t do this business without you.
While I’m away, I’ll only be checking messages 1–2 times a day, but I do have openings available for next week if anyone would like to get scheduled. I’ll also personally be stepping back into cleaning more to help get things back where they need to be.
