Most job ads ask, “Do you need a job?” We’re asking something different: Are you the type of person who sees a problem and takes ownership of solving it?
Every day, we meet homeowners dealing with situations they don’t understand—mice in the attic, raccoons in the soffit, termites damaging their investment, or pests taking over their home. The easy part is treating the problem. The hard part is building trust, educating the customer, presenting the right solution, and helping them make a confident decision.
That’s why we’re not looking for just another technician. We’re looking for someone who can sell, solve, and serve. Someone who enjoys talking with people, isn’t afraid to ask for the sale, takes pride in delivering a 5-star experience, and wants to be paid based on performance—not just for showing up and punching a clock.
Sales experience is required. Pest and wildlife experience is a plus, but we can teach the right person the technical side. What we can’t teach is work ethic, urgency, accountability, and the desire to win.
So let me ask you: When was the last time you were truly challenged at work? When was the last time your income reflected your effort? And if you’re capable of more, why are you settling for less?
