We had a homeowner call us last week with a problem on their pool that another company had installed. There was no well-point installed during the pool installation which caused groundwater around the pool to not be properly monitored. This ultimately resulted in the deep end wall of the pool bowing in. Our crew went out and were able to remove backfill, let the wall re-settle into its normal position,and install a well-point for water monitoring. After everything was corrected, we backfilled with the proper material and were able to brace the existing auto-cover box for longevity.
