"Ken is a wonderful person and a delight to work with. For starters he was easy to schedule and he kept us informed. He gave a rough estimate of costs right on the phone. He showed up exactly on time and understood what was needed and set to work. He protected the walls and furniture from the hoses and worked methodically and diligently. The entire house was finished about the time he said it would be. He is extremely knowledgeable about carpets and cleaning. I am delighted with his work and would gladly use him in the future. "

All Carpet Cleaners are not the same! Who do you know who's frustrated about getting their carpets cleaned because of poor service? I recently had a customer call & say that the cleaning I was doing for them was a last ditch effort. They thought it was time to get new carpet. Not only did I get out nine yr old spots the other guys couldn’t get out, they realized they have a few more years left in their old carpet.
