White tees? Cold water only — hot water sets sweat stains.
Swimwear loses its stretch in hot dryers — air dry after washing.
Gym clothes? Skip the fabric softener — it traps odor in synthetic fabrics.
Denim? Turn inside out and wash cold to keep the color from fading.
