Hoarding Levels
Level 1: Minimal clutter
* Clutter is not excessive and doesn't pose a safety risk.
* All doors, stairways, and exits are clear and accessible.
* The home is sanitary, with no foul odors.
Level 2: Moderate clutter
* Clutter begins to accumulate, making some areas harder to use.
* One or more rooms may be significantly cluttered, and a major exit could be blocked.
* Minor odors, light mildew, or dust may be present.
Level 3: Severe clutter
* Clutter significantly impairs the use of living spaces, and some rooms may become unusable.
* There are noticeable odors and signs of poor sanitation, like overflowing trash.
* Moderate pest infestations or animal waste may be present.
Level 4: Very severe clutter
* The home is severely cluttered, and functionality is severely impaired.
* Sanitation and health risks are critical.
* Signs of structural damage or hazards like water damage, faulty electrical wiring, or significant pest infestations may be present.
Level 5: Extreme clutter
* This is the most severe level, where the home is considered a biohazard.
* Clutter makes the home completely uninhabitable, and vital systems like plumbing and electricity may not be functional.
* Severe infestations of rodents or other pests, human and pet f***s, and extreme structural damage are common.
