I'm Dan, and along with my dog Mookie (she naps), I run a small local cleanout service. I've been doing this as a side hustle for 20 years — friends, family, and word-of-mouth referrals — and I'm finally opening it up.

• Storage unit cleanouts & downsizing — starting at $299 (depending on size)
• Free, no-pressure in-person estimates before any work starts

• Cleaning and light reorganization included — I treat every home, garage, and storage unit like my own
I genuinely love this work — embarrassingly so. Most haulers empty the space and leave. I sweep, organize, and walk you back into a place that actually looks good and useable.
We are always busy with storage unit downsizing — if you've been paying for a unit you haven't visited in a year, I'll go with you, help you sort it, and get you into a smaller unit (or out entirely). I've seen people save thousands a year doing this.
How it works:
1. DM me a few photos of your space or garage + your neighborhood
2. I quote a fair range up front, no hidden fees
3. Firm price confirmed when I arrive
4. Bank transfer, Venmo, Zelle, or cash on completion
References available. 20 years of doing this means I've seen everything — garages, storage units, estates, business spaces, hoarder situations. No judgment, just results.
