Once upon a time copper piping was used in pool plumbing systems.....contractors believed since it could be used for drinking water, why not in a pool???

Well copper does not react well to the chemicals contained In modern day swimming pools, thus causing corrosion and breakdown over time.

Look at all that Creosote.....Do you know what that is? Did you know it's a fire hazard if it were to ignite with-in the chimney flue? ♨️💨

Get those chimneys cleaned!!!

Probably one of the most common things I call out on reports. A missing spark arrestor on top of a chimney can allow for water intrusion into the flue and will damage the mortar in between the clay tiles...this can also prevent hot embers from traveling through if you are burning wood 🪵 ♨️

Oh and the cap is cracking. It's usually the out of sight out of mind portions of the home that are neglected. 🤷‍♂️

Did you know that ideally your HVAC system should be providing cooled air at about 15 to 20 degrees cooler then the air going into the system (return air)

Warmer then this, the system is under performing and colder then that you risk freezing the system and causing damage. 💨💨😊
