Lake Erie Charter Service LLC is looking for a Captain to join the crew out of Spitzer’s Riverside Marina in Lorain. We need someone reliable and professional who loves putting people on walleye and giving clients a killer day on the water.
​You must have your USCG (Master or 6-pack), a current Ohio Guide License, and be enrolled in a drug testing pool. Experience running a single screw is a huge plus, but if you have the right attitude and a solid work ethic, we are 100% willing to train you on how the boat handles. We are looking for someone with weekday availability drug-free who can work cleanly, get along great with clients, team up with our current captains along with other captians we network with.

The bite is ON! We dialed in a solid program today and put our clients right on the fish.

​Side 1: Bandits 50' back + 2oz weight (120' total) off the boards.
​Side 2: Jet divers and spoons 120' back off the boards.
​Deep Bite: Dipsies and spoons were firing consistently, too!

Fishing in lorain is still fantastic lots of nice fish being caught between 20" 24" being the average and the occasional 27"-30" being the biggest. Im not sure walleye fishing really gets much better then this !

16+ limits today around 100 walleye by 10am and the biggest averages I have seen to date we got a 30" 29" and several over 28" plus bunch of 26" and 27" inch fish ... just insane
