We understand that many of you are dealing with frustration due to not being serviced regularly or at all for the past couple of weeks due to the hazardous weather conditions. There have been many questions asked about how much trash will be collected once we are able to get to some of the areas that we could not safely service. All previous week's trash that has not been picked up will be picked up once we can safely do so.

Due to the road conditions and extreme cold temperatures, we will be attempting to pick up residential trash as road conditions allow. If we are not able to get to you today Tuesday January 21st. We will pick up a double load next Tuesday January 28th.

Due to the road conditions and extreme cold temperatures, we will be attempting to pick up residential trash as road conditions allow. If we are not able to get to you today Monday January 20th. We will pick up a double load next Monday January 27th.

As the area continues with clearing the roads we will once again be out servicing all of our customers that we are able to get to. If your trash cannot safely be picked up today Friday January 10th, we will pick up a double load next Friday January 17th. Once again thank you for your patience as we all work through this.

Today, Thursday January 9th our trucks will be out again attempting to service our customers. If your scheduled pickup day is today, please understand that our drivers are out doing their best to get to you but unfortunately your pickup could be moved to next Thursday. If that is the case, they will pick up both weeks trash. We are doing our best with the safety of our customers and employees in mind.

Due to the road conditions we will not be picking up residential trash today. Customers that were scheduled to be picked up Wednesday, January 8th will be picked up next Wednesday, January 15th. We will be picking up double loads to make up for the missed service day.
