Many folks around here had Jimmy taking care of their pest control needs for a long time. Now he's decided to retire, and I know he's been telling some of his customers to call me. When I spoke to him about it a couple months ago, he seemed pleased to learn that I had over twenty years experience in residential pest control in Birmingham before coming here. Many have asked why I have a 205 area code as my contact number. That's just because it is MY phone number. I did just recently move here from Birmingham after all. Winter is now officially over, and we had mostly colder than normal temperatures right on up through the final days of the season in the Eastern half of the US. In the insect world this means now is go time! Emergence is often staggered throughout late January through February when winters are mild. This time though, you can expect a more sudden recurrence of many different pests in your home. Typically it starts with seeing an ant or two, or the odd stink bug. Or, perhaps silverfish, a few ladybugs, or even roaches that have over wintered in your home. Now is the time to call!
