* As a Cleaning Tech you will be expected to arrived 15 minutes early to each location.
* You will be provided a check list of duties to be carried out at each location
* You will perform prearranged cleaning services for customers

Typical Duties
* General cleaning, dusting, wiping and disinfecting of all surfaces with appropriate chemicals and supplies.
* Provide floor care to include dry and wet mopping, sweeping, manual and machine scrubbing, and shampooing.
* Clean interior windows, sills and seals.
* Provide detail restroom care and sanitation as trained
* Deep cleaning to include rust and mildew removal, blinds, ceilings and interior appliances

Qualifications and Skills
* Must have at least one year of professional cleaning experience.
* Must have great customer service skills
* Must have good time management and organizational skills
* 1 or more years of experience in a residential setting preferred.
* Must have basic understanding of household chemicals and standard cleaning supplies.
* Knowledge of commercial cleaning chemicals supplies and equipment is a plus.
* Be able to lift and carry about 25 pounds regularly, sometimes up stairs. Higher weights in differing situations.
* Must have ability to work independently and on a team efficiently.
* Follow a defined schedule of cleaning in the city Long Beach and surrounding area up to 15 miles for residential.

Salary: $13.00 to $20.00 /hour
