Happy Wednesday Everyone,
Just wanted to give a quick shout out to my new technician John Burns (USN) aside from being one of the most sincere human being I’ve had the privilege of getting to know, he also has overcome mountains of difficult situations and tasks and deserves a round of applause (perhaps also a round of 🍺 as well!).

John has learned a great deal of the trade in such a short period of time working with me, credit due in part to his fierce work ethic but also his ability to retain information and put that skillset to work. He’s one of the most genuine and honest in the biz ladies and gents and we’re happy to have him on board!

Congrats and thank-you intently MM/FN Burns!

Happy Tuesday to everyone,

Been a busy couple months but we’re back at it! Today we have a couple jet jobs setup, just finished up at one of our commercial accounts for an Old Navy in Saugus, MA.

Happy Hunp Day Everyone,

Finished up with a Main Sewer Line up in Rumney NH for a customer that thought one of their kids may have flushed a toy or two down the toilet. Snaked out about 38’ from the fl**ge and was hitting something hard. Noticed the water had dropped at the sweep and just couldn’t push past it. Customer requested a camera inspection to see what was going on so we ran the camera both directions from the manhole cover of their septic tank and turns out feminine hygiene products amongst other things were completely blocking the 4” PVC. Ended up revers snaking the line and opened it up for them flushing out everything that was in there! Customer could not have been more happy with the work and ended up meeting some really great people. He was a wildlife guide/avid hunter for years and had a pretty cool shed full of his trophies. His taxidermist must love him!

Happy Friday Everyone!

Just finished up a Main Line for sanitary run off in Manchester this morning at a beautiful house right on the Merrimack River.
Customer got smart and signed up for an annual preventative maintenance on her lines. Looking forward to continuing to grow after a very difficult few weeks on a personal level. Stay strong keep your head about ya and keep it pushin’.

Happy Monday everyone,

I hope the weekend of the 4th was a good one for all who are following. There have been some big changes in my life personally I am doing my very best to make sure I take care of the business and maintain good relationships with my customers, family and friends however, this is also a very trying time for me and could use the support and positive disposition on behalf my those who I represent.
With that being said, Viper Drain Cleaning has recently taken on commercial accounts in the Boston Area and feel so grateful for the opportunity to grow in such a way.
