It’s been a ROUGH year so far.

THANKS To OUR Lord Above WE are back and taking the bull by the horns..

I still have Cardio Rehab Mon,Wed,Fri. I am ready by 9 on those days and 8 on the other..

As we approach the time change.
This is when I suggest that those of you that have STS ( sewage treatment systems) change your D-Box,clean your filter. If you have an Aeration System clean the debris from the inside and out. If you have a chlorinated system it is required by law that you chlorinate all year long.
