I just spoke with Mr. X###x regarding his claim. He could not rave about the service your team provided regarding the pack out, pack back and cleaning. He admitted he was dreading the process, as the claim happened several months ago and thought any services would be fumbled because of the delay in setting up repairs. He was surprised by the level of service and communication he received from your team.

As a result, all major fires are burning nearly unabated, and additional fires are possible through the end of the week.
