1. Standard Cleaning:
Our standard cleaning package covers all essential cleaning tasks in and around your facility or office building. This includes dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and removing smudges from windows and doors. We ensure that restrooms are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and restocked. If you have any allergies to cleaning supplies or special instructions, please let us know when booking. This package is ideal for smaller apartments or less extensive cleaning tasks.
Pricing:
Prices range between $90.00 and $220.00, depending on the total number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Each additional room will incur an extra charge of $20.00. Please note that there is a $50.00 booking fee, which will be included in the total price for the service.
2. Deep Cleaning:
Our deep cleaning service includes a more extensive range of tasks, such as dusting, window cleaning, baseboard cleaning, stove top and oven cleaning, trash removal, sweeping, mopping, dishwashing, making beds, and even one load of laundry (wash, dry, and fold), provided that a washer and dryer are available on-site. If you have any allergies to cleaning supplies or specific instructions, please include them in your booking request.
Pricing:
Prices for deep cleaning range between $200.00 and $340.00, depending on the total number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Each additional room will incur an extra charge of $20.00. Similar to our standard cleaning service, there is a $50.00 booking fee, which will be included in the total price for the service.
3. Move-In & Move-Out:
Our Move-In and Move-Out cleaning packages include an exhaustive list of tasks to ensure that your new or vacated space is immaculate. This includes dusting every surface from ceilings to floors, cleaning mirrors and glass doors, vacuuming inside cabinets, closets, shelves, and drawers. If you have any allergies to cleaning supplies or specific notes for our team, please include them in your booking request.
Pricing:
Prices for Move-In and Move-Out cleaning range between $210.00 and $350.00, depending on the total number of bedrooms and bathrooms.

Simplify your life, and allow me to assist you with furniture assembly and various other assembly needs. My rate for these services is $25 per hour. Additionally, I offer the convenience of same-day assembly for a fee of $60. Please note that the same-day fee must be paid prior to the completion of the service.
