One thing I do that might be the not so norm, is I ALWAYS meet with a potential client before accepting a job. This allows me to make sure the client and I have the same goals, that I can provide them with the services they need and that I am the right person for the job. Maybe I’m not qualified for what they need or the job requires more than one person.

If I go into a job not knowing what my client wanted or what the expectations are, I’m not doing a good job as a service provider. Im not considering my client at all. Part of my job is to ask questions to figure out what you need, because not everyone needs the same service. I should be asking questions like “Do you need once a week, biweekly, “Do you want all 4 bedrooms cleaned every week or bedrooms one weeks and the living room kitchen dining the other week?” Are we just needing to do basic cleaning or should we include a deep clean once a month? What does that look like for you?

My goal is to have happy clients. And hopefully returning clients. So, I want to sit down with you and go through the home and ask questions to fully understand what those needs are so that I may best serve you as your house cleaner.

The reason I chose the name Creeks to Peaks is simply in its name. We are surrounded by so many! From the valley floor to the high heaven touching peaks, the creeks the flow to the rivers the are fed by the snow that comes from the peaks above. We are so blessed to live where we do!

Good morning!

If you know me, you know how much I love to clean and I can really get into it! I really truly love it! Ever since I was a little girl, I put everything away where it was supposed to go, not under the bed or stuffed into a closet. Everything had a place. I’m still that way to this day.

A few months ago Haley Chapel who works in the business offices at Livingston Ace Hardware posted that they were looking for someone to clean their offices, I thought I could do that! I love cleaning so why not make a little money doing what you love right! And that was where my journey started.

After a few months of cleaning for one businesses I decided I still liked it (that’s a good thing to know 😉 ) so I took a huge leap and with the support of my husband, decided to start my own cleaning businessesCreeks to Peaks Cleaning Services LLC. I truly enjoy what I do and I want to offer it to more people and businesses!
