LEAD POOL SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Cool Waters Pool & Spa | Liverpool, NY
We’re looking for an experienced pool service tech who can lead jobs, troubleshoot issues, and work independently in the field.
Seasonal full-time position with opportunity for year-round work and future Service Supervisor role.
Pay & Benefits:
• $18–$25/hr starting pay
• $40 weekly attendance/performance bonus
• $40 bonus per $1,000 sold
• Company vehicle provided
• 401(k) available once eligible
Experience required with:
• Openings & closings
• Pumps & filtration systems
• Plumbing
• Liner installs
• Pool equipment repairs
Requirements:
• 2+ years pool service experience required
• 6+ years preferred
• Clean driver’s license preferred
Schedule:
Late March through early November
Typical 8–12 hour days
Occasional Saturdays during peak season
This is not an entry-level position.
